1. Who is responsible
bigbassfootball.co.uk is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. For anything in this policy, or to exercise any of the rights in section 7, write to [email protected].
Once you follow a link to a casino, that operator becomes the controller for everything you do on their site. Their privacy policy applies from that point, not ours.
2. What we collect

What we never collect: we have no registration, no login and no cashier. We do not ask for and cannot receive passwords, card numbers, bank details or identity documents. Any page claiming to be us and asking for those is not us.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To run and secure the site — serving pages, preventing abuse, diagnosing faults. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- To understand what readers use — which pages get read, where people give up. Legal basis: your consent. Not currently active (see the note below).
- To attribute referrals — so partners can tell which visits came from this site. Legal basis: legitimate interests, and your consent where a cookie is involved.
- To answer your email — nothing else. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing email — there is nothing here to subscribe to.
4. Cookies and analytics
Current status: this site sets only strictly necessary cookies. No analytics package is installed, so the usage data described in section 2 is not being collected at present. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update both this policy and the Cookie Policy.

5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site — hosting, and analytics if you consented — and only to the extent required. Affiliate partners receive referral data, not your identity: they learn that a visit came from this site, not who you are.
We will disclose data if a court or a UK regulator lawfully requires it, and we will say so publicly if we are permitted to.
6. How long we keep it
- Server logs — up to 30 days, then deleted.
- Analytics data — up to 14 months, in aggregate form.
- Email correspondence — up to 24 months, so we can follow up a previous conversation.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- confirm what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete it, where we have no overriding reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- transfer it to another provider in a machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent for cookies at any time, without affecting processing already done.
Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
8. Transfers outside the UK
Some providers we use operate servers outside the UK. Where data is transferred, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by standard contractual clauses.
9. Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We update this policy when the site changes or the law does. The review date at the top of the page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted here.
